Our story…
Our Mom is in a large memory care facility with multiple daily shifts of very busy staff. Janice provides supplemental care. She swiftly become a smiling, consistent face. This made an instant and obvious difference in Mom’s health.
Mom had papery skin, dry skin wounds on her face, brittle unkempt hair, and her teeth and nails were not cared for routinely. Janice gives Mom leisurely warm showers, conditions her hair, massages on body lotion, and moisturizes Mom’s face. Now the wounds are completely gone, Mom’s hair is pretty again, and her skin is like butter. Her teeth are brushed and nails trimmed. Janice also gives Mom extra fluids, helps her exercise, and reports observations on her health. She communicates effectively with facility staff regarding Mom’s needs.
In addition to Janice’s direct care, we benefit from Edison and Sheila’s involvement. They use their industry experience, medical knowledge, and contacts to guide us through medical challenges. We did not expect this from an in-home care agency.
